So I thought this time I'd share with you how I've tried to stop in the past..... I'm going to try and not go on for pages and pages as I've made many attempts to stop with many different things, I may well miss one I've tried previously so as I remember them I'll pop them into the comments.

There is definitely a knack to getting across the message you want people to take away and apparently, it isn't one I have!

Today I had 2 meetings almost back to back, so whilst I was waiting for the extra people to arrive for the second one I made the comment "I'll just nip outside."

There were 3 people there who immediately said "But I thought you were quitting."

Everybody who is anybody, whether they've never smoked or smoked and stopped always start with the same "advice" what's your motivation for stopping?

Well I think for many of us, this is actually and acutely hard question to answer..... Why?

Well, here's 4 reasons

1 - We know it's not healthy but that hasn't helped us stop, in fact if you are like me the more you are reminded about that the more you smoke!

Immediately the first comment I received was a negative support comment - what do I mean by that?

Well the "It's easy to give up step 1 - say I'm giving up! step 2- stop smoking! so JFDI"

My dream is to become and remain smoke free. I'm not there yet,I am still working towards this goal.

This is him on top knob twiddling form, albeit sounding very digital.

Part one is a slow epic wide Bladerunner style piece. Goes well with the bleak snowy weather I have at the moment.

Part two speeds it up a little and underlies the melody with heavier bass beats. I think we have the making of a classic here.
