Extra service menu on 24E21B-FHD TV

If you have a Technika 24E21B-FHD TV, there is a whole other set of menu items.

This will let you change the overscan border, so zoomed 720p content isn't cut off, such as when using a A500mini

I'm not sure if this survives power off or standby.
