FacadeStarter Updated

I've updated my ColdSpring FacadeStarter to prevent it creating a BeanFactory called 'application.beanFactory' that would then run in parallel to the factory created internally by the RemoteFactoryBean system.
This caused a very minor amount of additional memory to be used, and occasional problems with getting updated Beans to show up.

Don't Panic !

Penguin are producing a new Hitchhikers Guide book.
I just caught the author on the radio and he said "it'll be the same characters but in my own style". He is a fan, which if true is good, but it does sound like it's going to suck quiet badly.
We'll be able too see next year - can it be as bad as the recent attempts to resurrect Clarke ?

Adobe AIR for Linux updated

There doesn't seem to have been much fanfare as yet, but over on Adobe Labs the Linux version of the AIR run time was updated yesterday, and is now 'nearly feature complete'.
