Why do people view a house if it doesn't have what they want?

If you want a downstairs loo why view a house that doesn't have one? If you want a room to fit a Grand Piano look at it's dimensions - is this not a simple thing to do ?!?

End of Gripe but still no offers & only 1 couple interested but they haven't had an offer on theirs so won't make on offer on ours :-(

Got my Car back with new shiny engine - YAY.
It goes, but it has 2 problems so far,

1) When it's warm it doesn't idle - going back to Garage on Staurday for them to look at an engine gizmo,

2) The front windscreen washer doesn't work - going to Peugeot up here as can't face another drive to or from Kendal stopping at every services to wash the front windscreen & trying not to wipe it inbetween so it just has dots of mud rather than smears all the way along the windscreen.

3) The car is back at the Garage this week & we'll keep you informed of what's happening.
